Gerard was the founder of The International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPC&M) and has coaching courses accredited with the International Coaching Federation, the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), The Institute of Leadership and Management (TIL&M) and was too requested by government officials to form the International Regulator for Coaching & Mentoring (IRCM). He is an internationally acclaimed authority in life and executive coaching and leadership. He is one of under ten fellow coaches in the world, a world class motivational speaker, consultant, author of A Coach’s Story and trainer. Gerard’s outreach has grown over the last 27+ years.
