Founded in 1993, Noble Manhattan Coaching has now been training accredited/credentialed coaches for over 30 years. Since 1998, the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring (IAPC&M) has been providing coaching and mentoring accreditation and credentials to professional coaches. The International Coaching Federation (ICF) was founded in 1995, to recognize the dynamic nature of coaching and has been setting the gold standard in coaching since this time. The Institute for Credentialed Coach Training was formed by Master Coaches and Coach Trainers in the Coaching industry, who came together with an aim to provide the best coach training education and business coaching in the marketplace. In 2026, we now have 45 International awards for coaching and corporate clients that include: AIRBUS, IBM, Pepsico, CocaCola, BP, Citibank and more.

Gerard O' Donovan, CEO and Co-founder of Credentialed Coach Training has trained 26,000+ professional coaches.
Gerard was the founder of The International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPC&M) and has numerous coaching courses accredited with them, and with the International Coaching Federation, the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), The Institute of Leadership and Management (TIL&M). He is an internationally acclaimed authority in personal, executive, workplace and team coaching and leadership. He is one of under ten fellow coaches in the world, a world class motivational speaker, consultant, author of A Coach’s Story and trainer. Gerard’s outreach has grown over the last 32+ years.
