It also features 4 modules of coach training education that is accredited with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and elements of our main program that is accredited with the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring (IAPC&M) and the Association for Coaching (AC).

The Manager or Leader Coach Training is designed for most of the program to be completed in 2-4 weeks, but you have x12 60-min monthly video calls scheduled over 12-months to complete the program to gain your certification and 40 CCE hours with the International Coaching Federation.
