Title of Our Education Offerings
- Personal Life, Health, Business, Executive, Workplace, Team & Financial Security Coach Training
- Therapist, Counselor, Psychologist or Psychotherapist Coach Training
Number of Contact Hours
146 hours of live coach training · Synchronous Learning (SL)
- Bi‑weekly coach training calls every month for 1 year (24 hours over 1 year)
- Weekly 30‑min Live Coaching Logged Calls (26 hours over 1 year)
- 12 Days of Supervised Coaching Masterclasses over 1 year (96 hours over 1 year)
120 hours of self‑study coach training · Asynchronous Learning (AL)
- Engaging Video Content, PDFs and Recorded Conference Calls
Additional contact hours
- 10 hours of mentor coaching completed over a minimum of three months, with at least 3 of those hours delivered one‑on‑one (the rest can be in a group).
- Observation and written feedback across at least six coaching sessions.
- Final performance evaluation, passed at the PCC minimum skill level.
Dates & Locations
- Bi‑weekly coach training calls, 1st Tuesday and 3rd Tuesday of the month on Zoom
- 1‑Day Supervised Coaching Masterclasses run on the 1st Sunday of every month on Zoom
- Weekly 30‑min Live Coaching Logged Calls (TBD by students)
Language
Currently our programs are only offered in American English.
Delivery Methods
We provide a blended learning format consisting of Synchronous Learning (SL), or live coach training, and Asynchronous Learning (AL), self‑study coach training: videos, recorded conference calls, audios, written essays, a thesis or coaching report, reflections and PDFs.
Intended Participants & Prerequisites
Individuals enrolling in professional coach training with us should demonstrate a commitment to personal development, ethical conduct, continuous learning, and helping others achieve meaningful goals.
Applicants should possess effective communication skills, openness to feedback, emotional maturity, and a willingness to practise coaching competencies. Specific educational qualifications or prior professional experience may vary.
All prospective students need to participate in a complimentary call with one of our advisors before embarking on coach training with us.
