Our Supervised Coaching Masterclasses are a superb way to experience being part of a team, and to experience comprehensive coaching supervision from a Master Coach, designed specifically to develop your personal and team coaching skills and abilities.
These 1-Day trainings are International Coaching Federation CCE accredited and advantageous personally and professionally, utilizing supervision from a Master Coach within a team learning environment. Any professional individual can join, but as a student partaking in our ‘Personal, Executive, Workplace & Team Coach Training Program’, you will experience 3-Days of Supervised Coaching Masterclasses providing you with 19.5 International Coaching Federation (ICF) CCE accreditation hours.
The Supervised Coaching MasterClass provides group supervision and coach co-training in a collaborative learning environment, replicating the actual structure and process of a team. The team learning environment allows participants to develop coaching skills, improve and increase understanding of coaching core competencies in personal and team coaching at an individual pace.
Being a part of a coaching group, which is essentially a team, provides you with the interpersonal coaching skills to develop a deeper understanding of how to enhance performance that can be applied to: sales and marketing, creating products, accessessing innovative success strategies, and to develop a keener business performance sense. By collaborating with colleagues in the team you develop these vital team coaching skills.
This class provides transferable skills to improve team performance by developing applied coaching skills. It is a unique learning environment where you learn coaching skills that can be directly applied to coaching teams.
When we are working with a team it is important to measure and scale performance, learn from others views, and strengths and weaknesses to become more effective as a team. Studies and research now clearly show that unless leaders coach, they do not get the best out of their team.
What’s strongly related to performance is feeling good. Group or team work in a supportive environment that creates a sense of belonging, especially face to face, may be one of the most effective ways to positively shift neurochemistry due to the release of natural opioids. Natural opioids significantly positively affect brain chemistry, particularly dopamine pathways. Naturally, endogenous occurring opioids impact the brain’s reward system by binding to opioid receptors, which are associated with pain or stress relief, and feelings of pleasure or euphoria.
Team Coaching Work:
Our Supervised Coaching Masterclass provides a supportive coaching environment for growth and performance. By sharing experiences, this reduces the chance of team members feeling isolated, instead they receive supportive, coaching-based feedback from a Master coach, but also feedback from all others in the group or team. This fosters an environment of personal development where coaching skills are developed, and these coaching skills are built within a safe environment providing transferable skills to use in team coaching.
Other benefits of the Supervised Coaching Masterclass is that it provides participants with the opportunity to find their voice, and share their ideas and feelings, and at the same time to develop their coaching skills with others. It also encourages healthy ways of relating to yourself and others, and provides ongoing support and develops accountability.
The Supervised Coaching Masterclass provides an interpersonal process where students foster relationship building skills, communication skills and experience greater emotional support, as well as develop greater problem solving abilities as a team.
A Structured Learning Experience:
The Supervised Coaching MasterClass applies multiple applications to the strategic practice of coaching, refusing to limit individuals or groups to any specific theoretical or conceptual field. Group size is limited to fifteen participants so everyone can participate, and so personal attention and feedback can be provided to each individual throughout the day.
The Supervised Coaching MasterClass strictly follows the code of ethics for coaching professionals as outlined by both the International Authority for Professional Coaching & Mentoring and the International Coaching Federation.
In Team Coaching the areas we suggest to Measure, Scale & Develop to ‘Build a Winning Team’ are:
- Team Leadership
- Vision & The Will to WIn
- Clarity on Goals & Strategies
- Courage & Accountability
- Proactivity & Decision Making
- Communication & Constructive Interactions

NOTE: The Supervised Coaching MasterClasses are not therapeutic days, they are focused coaching days. People wanting to participate in a group are strongly encouraged to seek the appropriate environment for their personal and psychological support.
In Summary: The Supervised Coaching Masterclass teaches coaching skills in a team environment. This provides a positive transfer of team coaching skills that can be used to assist you as a professional credentialed coach to provide professional team coaching to others.
