    Yes, the live online video training and video supervision calls are necessary to attend for your accreditation, (not optional).

    How long do I have access to the program once I enroll?

    You have 5-years of access to the material should you want to refresh your memory!

    How long will it take me to complete the program?

    The manager/leader coach training is designed to be completed in 12-weeks, but you have to 1-year to complete the program to gain your certification.

    What are the requirements for completion?

    Completion of x6 4-hour days, 10-hours of Webinar Lectures, 9 Training Modules and 3 One-to-One Mentoring Sessions.

    What do I receive when I complete the program?

    Advanced coaching skills and accredited training to move to credentialing with the International Coaching Federation (ICF)
